    The People team is looking for a Team Member Support Specialist I who will report to the People Leader at headquarters in Southlake, TX.

    Role and Responsibilities:
    • Monitors ticketing management system
    • Identify team member needs and inform team members on new and existing resources
    • Collaborate with team, build productive internal/external working relationships, and new Hire On-boarding/Orientation as a Workday HR Specialist
    • Provides administration support in review, preparation, signing, and retention of HR documentations for (including audits):
      • Verification of employment
      • Contracts
      • Addendums
      • Certificates
      • Salary verifications
      • Team member documentation
      • Visa and immigration documentation
      • Employment authorization
    Preferred Qualifications and Education Requirements:
    • Pursuing a college degree in Hospitality Management, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields (Graduation date of August 2025 or beyond)
    • 1-2 years of experience in general hospitality
    • Able to problem solve with minimum guidance
    • Multi-tasking abilities
    • Proficient in Microsoft Suite
    • Preferred knowledge about Customer Relationship Management systems (i.e. Workday, Salesforce, Greenhouse)
    • Experience using a ticketing tool
    • Bilingual in Spanish
