    Location/Division Specific Information:

    Come join our Hillsboro site and be a part of manufacturing world-class electron microscopes. These microscopes encourage global innovation and are used by esteemed scientists, including Nobel prize winners and those involved in imaging the COVID-19 virus. You will collaborate with diverse teams to produce outstanding microscope components.

    How Will You Make an Impact?:

    As a Warehouse Lead, you will play a key role in leading receiving, shipping, picking, and inventory control, ensuring flawless execution and outstanding customer service. Your demonstrated leadership will drive our team to success, supporting both internal and external customers.

    A Day in the Life:

    • Conduct and accurately record daily Cycle Counts.

    • Coordinate and lead team on daily tasks.

    • Provide upbeat customer service to Production personnel.

    • Pull daily work orders per approved process applying approved ESD and cleanliness guidelines.

    • Move and transact inventory material per process.

    • Ensure clear and detailed communication with leadership.

    • Assist with all shipping/receiving/work order management functions as needed.

    Education:

    High school diploma or equivalent experience is required.

    Experience:

    • Required: Minimum of 1 year of proven leadership experience in distribution, warehouse, or supply chain or related field

    • Well-rounded in all warehousing activities

    • Preferred: Experience with powered industrial trucks

    • Preferred: Inventory system or ERP experience

    Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

    • Well-organized and able to multi-task efficiently

    • Detailed and capable of accurately documenting

    • Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with inside customers in a friendly and respectful manner via phone, email, and in-person

    • Able to work both independently as well as to have good communication in a team

    • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

    Physical Requirements / Work Environment

    • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds frequently, up to 50 pounds occasionally, using appropriate lifting techniques
