Team Lead

Our client, a leading organization in the logistics industry, is seeking a Team Lead to join their team. As a Team Lead, you will be part of the operations department supporting the warehouse team. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong communication skills, and problem-solving skills which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Team Lead

Location: Charleston, SC

Pay Range: $20

What's the Job?

• Able to work and be on time M-F 2:30pm-10:00pm, with a minimum two-week training period on 1st shift (6am-2:30pm).

• Receive, verify, and record incoming shipments, inspect for accuracy, and reject damaged goods as needed.

• Prepare items for shipping, including packaging, labeling, and affixing shipping instructions as necessary.

• Maintain accurate records, including bills of lading, invoices, and shipping orders.

• Comply with all safety regulations and be aware of potential hazards in the workplace.

What's Needed?

• Prior team lead or above experience is required.

• Experience with reach lift and cherry picker is necessary (hands-on test may be required).

• Basic written, math, and computer skills are essential as you will be working with a computer and printer.

• Able to lift up to 50lbs (unassisted) on a consistent basis.

• Ability to stand for long periods (2-hour increments) to assemble/process and package components.
