This position facilitates the development and growth of our adult learners (18 years +) by designing, implementing, and delivering effective training programs aligned to the three pillars (Education, Employment and Daily Living). The primary objective is to enhance adult learners skills, knowledge, and performance, ultimately contributing to the adult learners post secondary goals success by ensuring completion of legally binding Individual Education Plan for adult learners. Provide adult students (ages 18-22) receiving special education services with instruction, guidance, training, coaching, and opportunities to gain community access, independent living skills, and employment opportunities to facilitate the successful transition to adult life after public school.
