Teacher's Aid

Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Teacher's Aid in Windsor Mill, MD. In this role, the Teacher's Aid will assist the teacher in all day-to-day activities which include but are not limited to, understanding of lesson plans, progress reports on challenges and successes in the classroom with students, strong understanding of course material to be able to teach if in the event that the teacher is absent. This individual will also be responsible for helping the teacher manage behaviors of students and ensure they are engaged in all learning activities and assignments. This role has the potential to require working with an adjacent program within the school, so the ideal individual should feel comfortable in their ability to work across programs and in a fast-paced environment. Lastly, maintaining a clean and organized classroom environment and completing required documentation such as educational assessments, daily reports and significant incident reports.
