Tax Manager

Description

We are offering a contract position as a Tax Manager in East Rochester, New York. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a variety of tax-related tasks in an international context. You will be working in a remote setting, providing your expertise to support our client's financial operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the provision of international tax services

• Ensure compliance with international financial reporting standards

• Utilize accounting software systems for efficient management of accounting functions

• Conduct auditing tasks to ensure accuracy and compliance

• Manage annual income tax provision tasks

• Handle international law-related matters pertaining to tax

• Ensure compliance with international tax regulations

• Lead entity formation processes

• Handle tasks related to international financial reporting

• Address and resolve tax-related inquiries

Requirements - Minimum of 10 years of experience in a tax-related role

• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems

• Extensive knowledge of Accounting Functions

• Experience with Annual Income Tax Provision

• Familiarity with Auditing processes and procedures

• Strong understanding of Compliance regulations and standards

• Expertise in Entity Formation

• Experience with International Financial Reporting

• Knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards

• Understanding of International Law

• Experience in International Tax Compliance
