Tax Director - Asset management

Our client is a massive endowment style fund that invests in traditional and alternative asset globally. They have an entrepreneurial culture built of small teams and a tight knit community.

They are looking to bring a tax director onto the operations team. This person will report directly to the CFO and will focus on overseeing tax structuring, compliance, and review. This person will oversee two tax managers and work cross functionally with external administrators and service providers.

Requirements

Key requirements include

• 13-15 years of experience across public accounting and private industry

• Expeirence communicating with investors including family offices, endowments, and institutions

• CPA or JD required

• Strong communication skills both written and verbal

• Must be proactive and strategically minded
