    Talent Sourcing Specialist

    A healthcare sourcing specialist plays a crucial role in the recruitment process for Elara Healthcare. Their primary responsibilities revolve around identifying, attracting, and engaging qualified healthcare professionals to fill various positions within the organization.

    Talent Identification:

    • Proactively source healthcare professionals through various channels such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and industry events.

    • Use advanced search techniques, including Boolean searches, to locate passive candidates who may not be actively looking for new opportunities.

    Candidate Engagement:

    • Reach out to potential candidates through emails, phone calls, and social media to introduce job opportunities and gauge interest.

    • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.

    Screening and Assessment:

    • Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.

    • Evaluate candidates' credentials, including licenses, certifications, and educational background, to ensure they meet the job requirements.

    Collaboration with Recruiters and Hiring Managers:

    • Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand the specific needs and requirements of each position.

    • Provide a shortlist of qualified candidates to recruiters and hiring managers for further evaluation.

    Market Research and Analysis:

    • Stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and the competitive landscape to develop effective sourcing strategies.

    • Analyze sourcing metrics and adjust strategies as needed to improve the quality and efficiency of the talent acquisition process.

    Candidate Relationship Management:

    • Maintain ongoing communication with potential candidates to keep them engaged and informed about new opportunities.

    • Develop and nurture relationships with healthcare professionals to build a strong talent network.

    Employer Branding:

    • Promote the organization's brand and culture to potential candidates through various channels.

    • Highlight the benefits of working for the organization, including work-life balance, career development opportunities, and company values.

    Compliance and Documentation:

    • Ensure all candidate information is accurately recorded and maintained in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

    • Adhere to all legal and regulatory requirements related to healthcare recruitment and employment.

    Event Participation:

    • Represent the organization at career fairs, industry conferences, and networking events to attract top talent.

    • Organize and participate in recruitment events and open houses.

    Experience you will bring:

    • One-year experience in Recruitment or Human Resources

    • High School Diploma or GED

    • 1 years of Sourcing Experience preferred

    • Experience pipelining and sourcing candidates

    • Ability to drive results in a fast-paced environment

    • Strong communication and attention to detail skills
