  • Our clients Talent Marketing team is looking for a marketer to support our clients Accelerating Functions Talent Communities by executing marketing programs to hire diverse top talent. The ideal candidate for this role is a passionate marketer with experience executing effective marketing campaigns and/or programs. This is a W2 contract position that will require the employee to be onsite twice a week at our New York, NY location.

    As a Talent Marketer, you will be responsible for:

    ? Developing, planning, executing, and optimizing on program plans, including defining metrics, creating communications and sharing results

    ? Developing relationships with partners to help us engage and source diverse talent

    ? Collaborating across internal stakeholders and recruiting teams

    ? Maintaining a data-first approach - Measure, analyze and report on all campaigns for effectiveness and ROI leveraging our closed-loop reporting framework.

    ? Leveraging your marketing automation expertise, as well as your strong writing skills, to self-execute campaigns

    ? Partnering with a cross functional team to ensure quality demand delivery and follow-up; Create a feedback loop and continuously analyze, improve and optimize lead hand-off processes in conjunction with the recruiting team

    ? Maintain a data-first approach - Measure, analyze and report on all campaigns for effectiveness and ROI leveraging our closed-loop reporting framework, making decisions based on data insights

    ? 5+ years of relevant marketing experience

    ? Experience managing campaigns, building, optimizing and scaling these to improve acquisition, conversion and user engagement using data-driven strategies

    ? A proactive and creative problem solver: when issues arise, you can adapt to hit your goals

    ? Strong project management skills to plan, track, and launch initiatives

    ? Strong analytical and quantitative skills

    ? Experience using marketing automation platforms

    ? Ability to craft creative and compelling email content

    ? Experience researching and translating customer insights to develop impactful content that connects emotionally with target audiences.

    ? As a hands-on marketer, you're comfortable working, owning and driving on your campaigns and making decisions quickly. You're a "get stuff done person" that can juggle multiple programs and thrive in the execution details

    ? Thrive in situations where you don't have all the information to make decisions but resourceful enough to find the information yourself

    ? A detail oriented individual with a get-it-done attitude, who excels with minimal supervision and direction

    ? A self-starter that can manage their work and excel working independently and collaboratively
