    DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Screening and Assessing of Candidates

    • Scheduling, Following Up with Candidates for Interviewing/Onboarding/Orientation

    • Conducting Virtual & Phone Interviews

    • Entering Employee Records & Schedules

    • Coordinating Hiring Needs with Restaurant Leadership

    • Assimilate New Hires into Company Culture & Monitor Hiring Progress

    • Prepare New Hire Uniforms & Training Materials

    • Serve as a backup NHO Facilitator

    • Attend Weekly T&D Dept Training Meetings

    THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL POSSESS

    • Bilingual language (Spanish and English) skills in speaking, reading & writing.

    • Application of Microsoft Office 365: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Photoshop is a Plus

    • Knowledge of operation of standard office equipment.

    • A strong communicator with a cheerful and positive disposition.

    • A self-starter who can stay on task with multiple workstreams.

    Must be 18 or older

    Must be authorized to legally work in the United States.

    Must pass a criminal background check.
