ResponsibilitiesThe TA Coordinator facilitates Talent Acquisition operations through completion of daily administrative responsibilities.
Support Talent Acquisition Partners with candidate sourcing, screening and interview scheduling.
Answer questions related to Talent Acquisition from teammates, leaders and vendors through e-mail, phone and our HR inquiry database, HRConnect.
Demonstrate competence in iCIMS (SCA's ATS) in order to research and respond to inquiries.
Conduct weekly and monthly reports through iCIMS.
Update and manage knowledge articles pertaining to Talent Acquisition within SCA’s intranet and HRConnect.
Support TA Leadership with meeting scheduling, administrative tasks and special projects as needed.
High school diploma/GED required, Bachelor's degree preferred.
A minimum of 2 years of Talent Acquisition or Human Resources experience required.
Healthcare experience a plus.
Ability to set priorities. Ability to provide direction to others that is clear, concise and promotes efficiency.
Proficiency using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Teams and PowerPoint).
Strong communication and analytical skills.
Ability to train individuals regarding new processes and procedures.
Strong organization skills, detail oriented, and ability to multitask in a challenging environment.
Ability to manage other duties as assigned.
Experience with any or all the following platforms preferred: Zoom, ServiceNow, iCIMS and UltiPro/UKG.
