Systems Engineer

Actalent is hiring a Systems Engineer for an Aerospace/DoD company located around South Jersey. Position offers full time benefits, paid vacation, paid holidays, OT pay, and flexibility with scheduling. Current work schedule is 4/10s (every Friday off). Description

• Perform requirements analysis and architecture.

• Apply advanced technologies, scientific principles, theories and concepts to develop system solutions across portfolio of products.

• Perform functional analysis, design trade studies, requirements allocation, and interface definition to translate customer requirements into hardware and software specifications.

• Develop system models and system performance simulations to support system design trade studies and system specifications.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or electrical and computer engineering or equivalent engineering/technical degree

• 5 or more years of real-time radar signal processing experience, i.e. signal processing applications, C++ programming, software engineering processes and Software product life cycle

• Experience with Linux/Unix

• Experience with system engineering: DOORS, Rhapsody, Matlab, requirements specifications

• Active US Clearance or ability to obtain a US Clearance

Desired Skills

• Master's degree in computer science or electrical and computer engineering

• Real-time embedded Software Design, Integration and Test experience

• Knowledge and/or experience with Electronic Attack (EA)/ Electronic Protection (EP) principles and techniques

• Experience with Agile Methodologies

• Experience with Atlassian suite (Jira, Crucible, Confluence)

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $75.00
