    We are seeking an experienced Systems Engineer with a deep specialization in EXSI andMicrosoft Hyper-V. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining virtual environments and cloud infrastructure to support our growing IT needs. This role will require strong problem-solving skills, a proactive mindset, and up-to-date expertise in Microsoft cloud and virtualization technologies.
    Key Responsibilities:
    • Design, implement, and manage enterprise-level Hyper-V, EXSi and Azure environments.
    • Maintain and optimize virtual machines and cloud resources.
    • Develop disaster recovery strategies and implement backup solutions.
    • Collaborate with other IT teams to integrate systems, security, and network resources.
    • Monitor and manage system performance, availability, and capacity.
    • Provide advanced troubleshooting for complex technical issues related to virtualization and cloud environments.
    • Implement security best practices for cloud and virtualized infrastructure.
    • Stay current with the latest technologies, trends, and certifications.
    Required Skills & Experience:
    • Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate
    • 7+ years of hands-on experience as a Systems Engineer, with a focus on Microsoft Hyper-V, EXSi and Azure.
    • Strong expertise in deploying and managing Hyper-V clusters, virtual machines, and storage solutions.
    • Advanced experience with Azure cloud services including IaaS, PaaS, and Azure Virtual Machines.
    • Experience with networking in a virtualized and cloud environment (VNETs, load balancers, hybrid cloud setups).
    • Proven experience in backup and disaster recovery solutions using Azure Backup and Azure Site Recovery.
    • Knowledge of PowerShell scripting for task automation and management.
    • Strong understanding of security principles and tools, including Azure Security Center and Azure Active Directory.
    • Experience with Azure migration strategies and tools.
    Preferred Certifications:
    • Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert
    • Microsoft Certified: Azure Security Engineer Associate
    • Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate
    • Microsoft Certified: Hyper-V and System Center Specialist (or similar)
