    Building off our Cloud momentum, Oracle has formed a new organization - Oracle Health Applications & Infrastructure. This team focuses on product development and product strategy for Oracle Health, while building out a complete platform supporting modernized, automated healthcare.     As a Systems Analyst - Support, you will interface with the customer's IT staff on a regular basis. You will be responsible for resolution of moderately complex technical problems related to the installation, recommended maintenance and use and repair/workarounds for our Millennium and Sorian / Revelate Management platform.

    Duties and tasks are standard with some variation. Completes own role largely independently within defined policies and procedures.

    Domain Strategy project analyst for Training, Consulting and Sales.

    Required Qualifications/Skills

    Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Information Systems, Information Technology or related field, or equivalent, relevant work experience

    Preferred Requirements

    • JIRA,

    • CCL,

    • Package Installs,

    • Millennium and/or Soarian knowledge,

    • Millennium Troubleshooting,

    • willingness to learn new applications/systems (Revelate, Cloud, OCI),

    • some project management - but not necessarily the main point here,

    • ability to work on a deadline - fast-paced environment,

    • good communication skills -

    • would be a plus if they had Soarian, but that's reaching a bit - given the internal pool especially.

    • Software life-cycle knowledge.

    Responsibilities

    • Work both individually and as a team to maintain the domains, work towards goals and key performance indicators, work with partner organizations such as operations teams and engineering teams.

    • Must have an attention to detail, interpersonal skills, and an ability to describe technical scenarios in non-technical terms.

    • Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks based on changing priorities

    • Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations

    • Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position

    • Perform other responsibilities as assigned

    • Provide support to internal users of Oracle Applications and legacy applications and ensure maximum efficiency in the use of those applications. Respond to requests for support by users.

    • Test and coordinate testing of new releases of Oracle Applications.

    • Log bugs against applications and follow up with IT and Development.

    • Monitor future applications releases.

    • Maintain applications responsibilities based on work group of users.

    US: Hiring Range in USD from $32.12 to $51.44 per hour; from: $66,800 to $107,000 per annum. May be eligible for equity.

    Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
