    About the team

    As a member of the Embedded Processors team, you will be working on state-of-the-art processors and microcontrollers to make the world smarter, safer, and greener. These products are the heart of autonomous and electric vehicles, intelligent robots, and energy efficient homes. They push the boundaries of technology integrating neural network accelerators, DSPs, ARM and RISC-V compute cores, networking, security, and multimedia. You will help build products that will transform the world by making technology affordable and accessible for all.

    About the job

    As a Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for creating algorithms, writing software, and proposing hardware to address current and forward-looking customer applications. You will work with business leaders, algorithm experts, software engineers, and hardware designers to create innovative solutions that balance general applicability with specific optimality.

    Qualifications

    Minimum requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Electrical and Computer Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field

    • 5 years of relevant experience

    Preferred qualifications:

    • Experience with convolutional neural networks (CNNs) and transformers

    • Experience with supervised / self supervised deep learning and reinforcement learning

    • Familiarity with vision, speech, audio, language, or controls applications

    • The ability to design and train neural networks in PyTorch / Python

    • The ability to implement algorithms in C and C

    • A background in machine learning / deep learning

    • A background in signal processing, communications, or controls

    • An understanding of graph compilers and neural network accelerators
