    Job Duties and Responsibilities

    The Systems Analyst (SA) will translate business requirements into system requirements and ensure that the system functions correctly to manage the Fraud process across various platforms. The SSA will work cross-functionally within the business to flush out technical requirements and with the vendor to drive the system enhancement details and changes. The SSA is responsible for coordinating any data requirements and functionality with the system architects. Finally, the SSA will lead the coordination of the testing of the implementation in the system to ensure deployment accuracy.

    The Systems Analyst will need to seamlessly collaborate cross-functionally, have an entrepreneurial mindset, strong communication skills, and excellent critical thinking skills.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Monitor and troubleshoot issues, ensuring SLAs are met while identifying trends and performing fault isolation and remediation for customer service incidents.

    • Analyze and interpret technical data and troubleshooting procedures, supporting workflow improvements for efficiency and quality.

    • Troubleshoot customer wireless issues, meeting SLAs and improving short- and long-term resolutions with Retail Wireless Technologies.

    • Lead cross-functional efforts to improve application functionality and processes, reducing issue occurrence and improving resolution speed.

    • Manage multiple complex tasks in a fast-paced environment, consistently meeting quality expectations and navigating various applications.

    • Identify trends using dashboards and alarms, escalating as necessary, and work with Network Operations engineers to provide timely technical assistance.

    Skills, Experience and Requirements

    Education and Experience:

    • BA/BS in a business or a technical discipline (information systems, engineering, computer science); and/or equivalent experience

    • 4+ years of experience demonstrating strong analytical skills and understanding of how business requirements translate into technology solutions

    • Experience working with AWS is a must

    Skills and Qualifications:

    • Experience creating targeted analysis documentation, story maps, sample flows, and charts; or other technical docs to support system requirements

    • Ability to see and document process flows and user journeys at a macro-level, and delve into the details that matter

    • Ability to document requirement gaps in such a manner that a technical team can fulfill them

    • Wireless/Telecom background preferable

    • Experience with fraud systems or analysis a plus; WeDo Fraud management systems a bonus

    • Highly motivated and a can-do-attitude

    • Proven track record building strong relationships

    • Experience with AWS services required

    • Thrive in a fast-paced and agile environment

    Salary Ranges

    Compensation: $72,400.00/Year - $103,400.00/Year

    The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
