We're seeking several System Administrators for a unique, tailored mission.
Responsibilities:
Provide support for implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of IT systems.
Provide Tier 1 (Help Desk) problem identification, diagnosis, and resolution of problems.
Manage the daily activities of configuration and operation of IT systems.
Provide assistance to users in accessing and using IT systems.
Provide Tier 1 (Help Desk) and Tier 2 (Escalation) problem identification, diagnosis and resolution of problems.
Provide support to IT systems including day-to-day operations, monitoring and problem resolution for all of the client/server/storage/network devices, mobile devices, etc.
Provide support for the escalation and communication of status to agency management and internal customers.
Optimize system operations and resource utilization, and perform system capacity analysis and planning.
OPERATING HOURS AND EXPECTATIONS:
This position operates on-site.
TRAVEL:
This position anticipates no travel.
Qualifications:
CLEARANCE:
Active Top Secret/SCI with FS Polygraph clearance required.
EDUCATION:
Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline, required.
Five (5) years of additional experience may be substituted for the degree requirement.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
Five (5) years of experience as a System Administrator.
Experience with configuring and managing UNIX and Windows operating systems.
Experience managing IT system infrastructure and processes related to the systems.
Ability to provide quality customer service.

This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base salary for the advertised job, promotion, or transfer opportunity. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. The actual salary offered may vary based on various factors including but not limited to relevant experience, knowledge, skills and abilities, education, geographic location, as well as internal equity, and alignment to market data.
Job Type: Full-time (onsite)
Pay Range: $130,000.00 - $170,000.00 per year
