    Responsibilities:

    RiverView Health has an opening for a full-time (64 hours every 2 weeks) Surgical Technologist. The Technologist will maintain sterile technique of self and staff within operating room suite, p

    repare and organize the operating room equipment, instruments, and supplies as required for various surgical procedures, a

    nticipate surgeon, circulating, and patient needs during a procedure, t

    ake care of specimens, monitor medications, and assist with dressing placement, i

    nspect, replace, and sterilize supplies and instruments, p

    articipate in stocking and restocking medical supplies and p

    articipate in monthly cleaning of department. The position requires 1 in 4 weekday call and every 4th weekend call. Salary range is $24.85 - $34.79 and starting wage is dependent on experience. Sign on bonus is available. 

    Qualifications:

    • Applicants must be a graduate of an Accredited Surgical Technologist program.

    • Current American Heart BLS certification. If not current training will be provided and certification must be obtained within 4 months from date of hire. 

    • 1 year Surgical technologist experience is preferred.
