    Join the Enterprise Demand Supply Control (EDSC) organization as a SIOP coordinator. This position will primarily focus on leading the Sales Inventory Operations Planning (SIOP) Process. SIOP is an enterprise decisional process and governance structure that ensures our Supply plans are able to satisfy the aggregated Demand Plan, allowing Aero to deliver against customer requirements. SIOP identifies gaps between our supply and demand and allows for a proactive action plan to be put in place to ensure we will be able to meet our future forecasted demands. SIOP has been established for both F35, Integrated Fighter Group (F16, F22), and Air Mobility and Maritime Missions (C130). This role will lead the SIOP processes for AMMM primarily focusing on the C130 portfolio. SIOP provides the opportunity for senior leader visibility between Program Management, Global Supply Chain, Global Production, and Sustainment Operations.

    In this position, the SIOP Coordinator will be responsible for initiating and managing mitigation strategies to address future supply and demand risk. You will be analyzing the SIOP output and tracking assigned actions to closure. This coordinator will also be responsible for presenting action status and escalations to senior leadership.

    What You Will Be Doing

    • Coordinate effectively with the Program Management and Demand Analytics team to Aggregate demand plans

    • Coordinate effectively with the Capacity Rate Readiness Teams and GSC/PC organizations to ensure accurate supply plans.

    • Manage and Create Sr Leadership visibility presentations

    • Proactively manage part Line-of-Balance and recommend corrective actions.

    • Manage Root Cause and Corrective Action data.

    Must be a US Citizen. Must be able to obtain a Secret security clearance. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.

    Basic Qualifications:

    -Understanding of Demand / Supply relationship

    -Experience with MRP/ERP &/or SAP Planning Concepts

    -Working knowledge of Purchasing, Sustainment, &/or Manufacturing environments

    Desired Skills:

    -Networking experience, to influence solutions, and benefit business partners

    -Experience leading and creating presentations for meetings and/or Senior Leadership briefings; on site or virtually

    -Experience with Trend Analysis by analyzing data sets, and the development of risk mitigation plans,

    -Experience acting upon data from multiple organizational areas; then leveraging the lead practices from those other areas, across the company to achieve positive effective outcomes overall

    +1 years' in supply chain management and/or procurement

    -Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    -Works independently and in a collaborative and team-based environment

    -Experience with multi-tasking and managing competing priorities

    -Experience with analyzing problems and recommending solutions

    -Experience in business development/program management of an Aeronautics portfolio

    Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.

    Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

    Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
