    Who You Are

    You will be responsible for overall management of supplier cost, schedule and technical performance and interfacing with program functional organizations and supplier management.

    What You Will Be Doing

    Become part of the F-35 Supply Chain Management (SCM) Organization as a subcontract management team member on the Production and Sustainment Execution team managing the Northrop Grumman Teammate. The position will be responsible of managing procurement and delivery activities and related purchase order delivery schedules supporting the F-35 NGC Teammate Furnished Equipment as well as FY spares and production and sustainment replenishment activities. Within this role, you will lead and support activities that include but not limited to: preparing requests for proposals, evaluating subcontractor proposals, developing cost/price analysis, negotiations, purchase order and contract creation/documentation, purchase order maintenance, managing contractual delivery schedules to align with program demands, and communicate across multi-functions and multi-level platforms. This position will require a significant amount of collaboration with internal and external customers as well as senior levels of leadership within the LM SCM organization. Some travel will be required for this position.

    Must be a US Citizen. This position will require a government security clearance, after hire and is located at a facility that requires special access.

    Basic Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university

    • Experience managing competing priorities

    • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

    Desired Skills:

    • Experience with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) or Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations (DFAR)

    • Communicate, organize and support a client base with sound decision making capabilities & business acumen

    • Experience with one of the following: procurement/buying, purchase orders, supplier proposals, managing supplier/customer relationships, negotiations, or data analysis

    Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

    Clearance Level: Secret

    Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.

    Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

    Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
