    Supply Chain Lead Position Summary:

    Midlab is on the lookout for a proactive and insightful Supply Chain Lead who excels in fostering cross-functional collaboration, adept procurement strategies, and critical thinking to elevate our supply chain operations. The successful candidate will bring a strategic mindset to proactively analyze complex data, spot inefficiencies, and craft innovative solutions across inventory management, demand forecasting, and cost optimization. With a solid background of at least 2 years in a comparable position, you will play a pivotal role in harmonizing supply chain initiatives with broader company objectives, driving both operational excellence and superior customer satisfaction. This position offers a path for professional advancement within a forward-thinking and inclusive culture.

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead in-depth analysis of supply chain data across procurement activities, inventory control, and operations, utilizing your critical thinking skills to dissect and address complex challenges.
    • Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies within the supply chain and propose actionable solutions.
    • Develop and implement strategies for inventory management, demand planning, and cost reduction.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, logistics, sales, and finance, to align supply chain strategies with company goals.
    • Monitor industry trends and evaluate supply chain technologies to improve processes and performance.
    • Prepare regular reports and presentations on supply chain performance metrics for senior management.
    • Participate in supplier negotiations and establish strong relationships with key suppliers to ensure quality and timely delivery.
    • Support the development and implementation of supply chain policies and procedures.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, or related fields.
    • At least 2 years of proven experience in supply chain management, focusing on analysis, planning, or a similar capacity.
    • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and

      critical thinking capabilities

    • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, PowerBI).
