  • Our client, a global leader in manufacturing , is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst to join their team. As a Supply Chain Analyst, you will be part of the operations team supporting production and logistics. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and the initiative to work self-directed, which will align successfully in the organization.

    Job Title: Supply Chain Analyst

    Location: Maplewood, MN OR Fully Remote

    Contract Duration: 12-Month

    Job Function:

    • Plan and schedule production work centers, monitor output to meet customer requirements, and enhance operational efficiency.

    • Procure raw materials to support production, manage purchase orders, and support the supplier management program.

    • Purchase inventory from vendors based on established parameters.

    • Monitor, coordinate, and expedite purchase orders to ensure timely delivery of goods.

    • Communicate daily with Production, Engineering, Quality, Management, and Logistics on supply chain-related topics.

    Required Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree or higher in Supply Chain, Operations Management, or Business Administration from an accredited university.

    • Minimum of one (1) year of combined experience in Sourcing, Operations, Logistics, Procurement, and Production Planning.

    • Strong aptitude with numbers, units of measure, and basic mathematical proficiency.

    • Fluency with Microsoft Office Suite.

    • Preferred: Two (2) years of Procurement and Production Planning experience.
