We are seeking a Supervisor to lead our team of Medication Historian Pharmacy Technicians in the Magic Valley!

What You Can Expect

• Lead the Charge: Take charge of the daily productivity of our pharmacy technical staff, ensuring seamless operations in a fast-paced setting.

• Drive Workflow: Monitor and prioritize the workflow of pharmacy technicians, optimizing efficiency and effectiveness.

• Mentorship & Guidance: Provide hands-on guidance and instruction to your technician team, fostering professional growth and development.

• Scheduling Maestro: Develop and publish employee schedules that keep our pharmacy running smoothly.

• Training & Development: Coordinate staff training and development initiatives to ensure every technician is equipped to excel in their role.

• Performance Improvement: Lead performance improvement activities and play an integral role in employee evaluations, corrective actions, and more-all in collaboration with the department leader.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Four (4) years of relevant experience.

• Valid Idaho Pharmacy Technician Registration.

• Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT).
