    WRPS seeks an outgoing and team focused Supervisor of Industrial Hygiene to support implementation and maintenance of the Industrial Hygiene training programs across the organization. This position is for an Supervisor of Industrial Hygiene with an emphasis in mentoring and onboarding staff within the Technical Integration organization and reports to the IH Technical Integration Manager.

    Essential functions of this role will act as an Industrial Hygiene/Technician Supervisor for onboarding new hires which includes but are not limited to:

    Provide leadership and oversight to new industrial hygiene staff in developing and preparing them to successfully plan, evaluate and execute Industrial Hygiene activities.

    Ensure field personnel are compliant with company mandated and other applicable policies, procedures, programs and regulations including DOE directives, personnel safety, environmental compliance and safety of the general public.

    Under general managerial oversight, supports planning and execution of field training for Industrial Hygiene work activities.

    Establishes a standard approach for onboarding Industrial Hygiene (IH) personnel to ensure new hires receive consistent onboarding and professional development opportunities for successful integration into their role within the IH Department at Washington River Protection Solutions LLC (WRPS).

    Establishes procedures and processes for the qualification of personnel.

    Lead the organization of external training by identifying training providers, engaging with procurement, organizing training session dates and venues, organizing attendance and invitations and communications.

    Provides leadership and oversight for ensuring the requisite level of conduct of operations, safety management program implementation safety and health compliance in the planning and execution of these activities.

    Plans/executes scenarios of complex industrial hygiene field activities with a demonstrated record of successful schedule execution.

    Provides effective progressive performance management of employee issues; responds to employee issues, concerns, and resolves, to the extent practicable, bargaining unit grievance issues.

    Other duties as assigned.

    Required Qualifications

    Grade 18

    BA/BS degree in Safety & Health or related discipline and Eight (8) years' relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.

    Grade 19

    BA/BS degree in Safety & Health or related discipline and Nine (9) years' relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.

    -Note the essential duties for this grade level are like that of the previous grade level, however the scope of responsibility is larger, and the expected level of performance is increased.

    Desired Qualifications

    Excellent interpersonal and communication skills needed to facilitate project milestones.

    Previous experience with Bargaining Unit employees, Tank Farm field experience, and experience with Collective Bargain Agreements.

    Compensation & Benefits

    In accordance with the company's philosophy on compensation for exempt and salaried non-exempt employees, WRPS takes into consideration a variety of factors when determining initial salary to include assigned job scope and responsibility, a candidate's qualifications as compared to internal comparators performing in a similar role, and the external labor market. A salary offer will be made within the targeted hiring range posted. Note a candidate's prior salary history will not be taken into consideration.

    Hiring Range Minimum: $104,175

    Hiring Range Maximum: $144,325
