    We are seeking a Supervisor of Imaging Business Services to be a part of our team! The supervisor is accountable for delivering high quality, efficient and effective coordination of services for our Imaging business customers system wide. This leadership role works collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure our products and services are customer-friendly, market leading and consistently add value to the organization and communities we serve.

    In conjunction with service line and local leaders, this position is responsible for establishing operational plans, leading change, directing service operations, and executing action plans to achieve performance objectives.

    This position will manage day to day Fairview Imaging business services and scheduling operations. Leading the identification and implementation of continuous quality improvements, including but is not limited to data analysis, industry best practice, process improvement methodologies, clinical and technical partnerships, and consumer focus groups.

    This role is accountable for oversight and support for Imaging Customer Service Team including Scheduling Coordinators, Trainers, and other functional roles as appropriate.

    Strong candidates will bring change management experience, strong relationship building skills, process improvement experience, and budget and financial management experience.

    • 1.0 FTE (80 hours per pay period)

    • Day shift, no weekend requirement

    Leads Business Operations

    Addresses urgent and routine customer service needs.

    Triages day-to-day operational issues.

    Insures effective management of all processes and service delivery

    Insures that all business processes interface appropriately with system wide support services and all other related departments.

    Interface with service line, entity, and physician leadership to problem-solve clinical and business issues.

    Coordinates operational scheduling, policy, and performance processes and documentation

    Creates an environment that prioritizes exceeding the needs of our customers

    Takes actions to meet and exceed the needs of customers

    Partners with medical, technical, and operational stakeholders to establish high quality outcomes

    Anticipates provider and technical team needs and assures that innovations are appropriate to maximize efficiency, capacity and customer demand

    Effectively aligns resources with operational priorities

    Manages Planning and Performance

    Develops business/financial reports in support of system/strategic planning and organizational planning.

    Develops and utilizes management information reports to assess productivity, quality measures and performance trends

    Partners in strategic, tactical and operational planning

    Develops creative solutions to stay ahead of market competition

    Works collaboratively with all levels of the organization

    Effectively lead change

    Acts as program and project manager for multiple complex initiatives

    Ensures effective implementation of organizational, operational, and individual change

    Uses quality improvement tools and techniques to assess workflow issues and make process improvements

    Ensures the achievement of productivity and quality standards during process, product, and system changes

    Leads performance improvement initiatives and new program implementations

    Assures all stakeholders are informed and prepared for planned changes in services, programs, processes and systems

    Qualifications

    Required

    Associate's degree or combination of education and directly applicable experience

    3 to 5 years of formal or informal leadership experience

    Preferred

    Bachelor's Degree

    5 to 7 years of healthcare leadership

    Experience leading business operations in a healthcare setting
