    Job Description

    Marketing professional responsible for supporting the implementation of both national and local marketing strategies.

    Primary Accountabilities

    • Oversee the execution of national marketing plans at the local level

    • Support co-ops and owner / operators in implementing marketing strategies

    • Coordinate with local advertising agencies to execute local marketing strategies; reviewing and approving local campaign creatives

    • Conduct ad hoc market analytics as requested

    • Track, monitor and report on the effectiveness of local marketing efforts (SMART Request, Agency Information, etc.)

    • Provide feedback and insights to Field Marketing Managers.

    • Support creation of executive status reports and presentations as needed

    • Data tracking and maintenance for local market votes

    The expected salary range for this role is $87,050-108,810

    Qualifications

    • BA / BS in Marketing, Business Administration or related field

    • Minimum of 2-4 years of marketing or advertising agency experience recommended

    • Strong organizational skills

    • Strong communication skills; including the ability to present

    • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks

    • Strong analytical skill
