Student Employee - Accounting Clerk

Position Summary:

Hours: 19 Hours, Monday-Friday (Must come in everyday)

Starting Wage: $14.00 per hour

Employment Start Date: As soon as possible

Job Qualification:

• Student currently enrolled at Ensign College

• Must be taking at least 6 credit hours per semester and in good academic standing

• Taken ACC 101 and passed with B or better

• Accounting Student

Job Description:

• This job provides real world accounting experience and is a critical part of the schools accounting function.

• Main duties include assisting with the accounts payable process, reviewing expense reports in Workday, reconciliations, and assisting with special projects as needed.

• Additional duties include compiling, reviewing, and entering general ledger accounting entries, and intercompany transactions.
