Our Worldwide Sales Business Process Re-engineering (BPR) group focuses on implementing strategies, programs, tools, and processes that enable the business to drive sales, improve customer experience, and innovate the way we lead and support one of the largest channel operations in the world. These solutions are typically new technical capabilities and/or the transformation of business processes to support continuously evolving sales motions, expanding Geo coverage and routes-to-market, and growing complexity of sales plays.

    Description

    Our WW Sales BPR team is seeking a Store Experience Program Manager to drive our business goals through our technology roadmap. In this position, you will collaborate with senior management and global teams to define processes and drive improvements of the organization. Your main assets will be your curiosity, this position needs to be forward-looking, your understanding of the business context, this effort is directly linked to our sales strategy, and your communication skills to deliver new capabilities that transform process and technology. We need someone with strong analytical and project management skills to drive the improvement of our customer experience in store. A successful candidate in this role will think broadly, understand deeply, stitch across functions and be able to shape the new offerings and roadmaps. A successful candidate is a self starter and able to work with limited supervision.

    Minimum Qualifications

    • 5-10 years of project management experience managing software development projects.

    • Proven knowledge of project management processes, systems development methods, organizational change management concepts, and business process improvement methods.

    • Strong systems/business analysis skills, including capturing and documenting requirements, understanding business needs, impacts and tradeoffs, conducting interviews and workshops, requirements harmonization, and proposing solutions. Proficiency in business process flow diagramming.

    • Experience planning, managing, delivering medium (6-8 month) to large (8-12+ month) projects.

    • Experience planning software release cycles, including determining business priorities, owning product roadmaps, partnering internally, managing communication with stakeholders, setting success metrics, and tracking change management.

    • Strong cross-functional communication with the ability to effectively prioritize multiple projects within various time and cost constraints.

    • Ability to work in a matrix organization and navigate effectively through clear communication and relationship building.

    • Skilled in interacting with both technical and business teams, and adjusting communication and messaging for intended audience/stakeholders.

    • Ability to facilitate brainstorming sessions to gather requirements, perform robust business process analysis, and recommend process re-engineering solutions.

    • Ability to work in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment.

    • Demonstrates ability to understand and explain complex business processes, systems, and tools with a specific focus on upstream/downstream impact. Experience in managing change.

    • Experience with Agile/ Hybrid Agile project methodology to deliver projects with quicker time to market.

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Background in consumer products and/or channel retail organization is a plus.

    • Experience in Supply Chain is a plus.

    • Experience with AI/ML technologies and computer vision preferred.

    • Background working across global timezones and geographies to drive collaboration and product requirements.

    • Prior consulting experience with Big 4 Consulting Firms is desirable, but not required.

    • Project Management Institute (PMI) certification preferred.

    • Master's Degree preferred.

    • At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $139,200 and $209,900, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs.
