    About the Starbucks Summer Internship Program: **  **

    The Starbucks Internship Program is paid, full time, 10 week program (June  - August 2025), designed to provide students with an opportunity to gain meaningful work experience in a field of interest and expertise within the Starbucks Store Development Enterprise. Roles will be based out of the Seattle Support Center in Seattle, WA.

    About the Store Development & Design: **  **

In partnership with Global Growth & Concepts, we bring to life a meaningful variety of inspirational and brand worthy experiences.

    Some things for you to tackle include: **  **

    • Aid in development and implementation of new programs and process improvements

    • Assist in projects as a technical project manager by leveraging core project management skills while navigating challenges and constraints

    • Support regional design and coffeehouse excellence through scorecard evolution, metrics, and visualization promoting efforts organizationally

    • Support other non-project specific tasks that will help improve organizational efficiencies

    We'd ** ** love to hear from students with: **  **

    • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing

    • Ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines

    • Ability to thrive in ambiguity and create structure

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel/Smartsheet, Adobe Suite a plus

    • Revit and/or AutoCAD a plus but not required

    • Proficiency in virtual whiteboarding, Miro a plus.

    • Ability to define objectives, scope and resources for projects extending beyond a department or business unit

    • Ability to establish cross functional, collaborative relationships with business partners

    • Knowledge of basic business principles and company goals and objectives

    Internship Program Qualifications: **      **

    • Active enrollment in an accredited college or university pursuing a bachelor's degree

    • Business administration degree preferred  

    • Anticipated graduation date between December 2025 - June 2026

    • Ability to work full time from June - August 2025

    • Eligibility to work in the United States
