STORE ASSOCIATE

This full-time position offers an outstanding benefits package including health insurance, 401K plan, and an employee discount! This is a 40 hour/week position and will include weekend hours.

Schedule may vary. Start times as early as 7:30 AM and end times as late as 6:20 PM. Weekends required.

• This position is designed and intended to be performed in Windham, ME.

PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Friendly, Outgoing person with a priority on Customer Service
• Stock products and maintain store cleanliness
• Processing customer transactions
• Maintaining store standards
• Other duties may be assigned as necessary
• Perform opening and closing procedures for point of sale system
• At least one weekend day is required

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:

• Customer Support
• Retail experience beneficial, but not necessary
• Working knowledge in areas of lawn and garden, agriculture and animals (pets and livestock)
• Ability to work independently with minimal guidance
• Good communication skills
• Able to stand up and work for several hours at a time
• Ability to Lift 50 pounds
