    Join our RTX Air Traffic Systems team and get the opportunity and support to find purpose, thrive and succeed. The Standard Terminal Automation Replacement System (STARS) program is seeking a highly motivated Control Account Manager to support the Program Management Office in their management of the STARS/TAMR program. The Control Account Manager will support the deployment management and production function including maintaining project specific process documentation, produce and maintain manpower plans, IWAs for the team.

    The Control Account Manager reports to the Life Cycle Sustainment (LCS) IPT Manager within the STARS organization. The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to support minor and major proposal efforts; they will support the Program & Material Managers in scheduling, budgeting, and tracking of the overall deployment management, material and production effort, responsibilities for this position include:

    What You Will Do

    • Cost & Performance monitoring/reporting including variance analysis, Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) inputs, inputs to monthly tracking books, labor report monitoring (weekly), establishing time phased budgets for each control account.

    • Provide current and historical financial data in support of measurement and analysis, Collects, generates and analyzes measurement data, supports audits, and inputs to Program level reviews.

    • Analyze measurement data, perform root cause analysis and identify corrective action when needed.

    • Accumulating earned value progress measures from Team members (Inch-stone development & maintenance), Performance input to Finance, Proposal/Risk & Opportunity Management (ROM) preparation and estimate to complete (ETC) inputs.

    Qualifications You Must Have

    • Requires a Bachelor's degree and 12 months or less of relevant professional work experience (excluding internships) .

    • U.S. citizenship is required , as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract

    The salary range for this role is 53,000 USD - 103,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
