    Staff, Technology Operations - Omni-Fulfillment Experience & Strategy

    Customers shop whenever and wherever they want, choosing from a wide range of pickup and delivery options. To make these options happen, we have many teams across the business focused on ensuring customers have access to the right merchandise at the right time, while delivering an experience that makes them want to continue shopping with Walmart.

    In this role, you will be an essential part of the eCommerce online pickup and delivery business team, leading and delivering post transaction fulfillment propositions that drive customer acquisition, retention, revenue growth, and profitability. You will collaborate and develop deep partnerships with multiple stakeholders across the business such as Last Mile Delivery, Supply Chain, Engineering, Marketing, Product, Store Operations, Finance, and others to identify opportunities, solve problems and develop new propositions that drive value for our customers. This is a highly visible role where we operate in a dynamic and agile environment. You need to be very comfortable in working through ambiguity, defining direction for your cross-functional teams, and be ready to roll up your sleeves to execute.

    What You'll do

    • Define and execute the long-term vision and strategy for customer experience around post-transactional experiences for online pickup and delivery.

    • Lead and deliver on key cross-functional projects that span across multiple business functions within the organization. Collaborating daily with cross-functional team members including SCM, Finance, Product, Store Operations and more.

    • Communicate roadmaps and priorities across business areas for prioritization with business and technical teams, including engaging with key partners to determine the best product and business strategies, and gaining buy-in from executive-level leadership.

    • Drive the end-to-end execution of multiple propositions and initiatives, from building out the business requirements to implementing GTM plans.

    • Drive GTM for finished products, ensuring we are scaling products in a way that balances the expectations of our customers, associates, stores and leadership.

    • Identify synergies and opportunities across business areas to drive operational efficiencies, topline, and profitability to achieve KPI targets.

    • Provide cross-functional and thought leadership to drive decision making.

    • Build slide decks with project teams and present them in multiple forums across all levels to present strateg ies and recommendations, and drive consensus across leadership teams.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • 5+ years of experience in operations, product, and/or strategy at a leading consumer-facing company

    • Experience in eCommerce, omni-fulfillment, and customer experience

    • Experience in consulting or product management roles a plus

    • Proven track record of implementing new concepts or programs in a fast paced, digital retail environment

    • Skilled at leading and influencing a cross-functional matrixed team to deliver against multi-track roadmaps

    • Strong technical and data acumen and ability to dive into the details

    • Strong oral and written communication skills, including the ability to develop and deliver complex messages in a simple, actionable way

    • Experience building slide decks and presenting to executive level audience
