    Job Description:

    HOW BEING A STAFF OFFICER WILL MAKE AN IMPACT?

    Manage relationships and anticipate the administrative needs of the program. Assist onsite Program Manager with contractual tasks and requirements. Provide direct support to Front Office leadership team, to include management of calendars. Coordinate monthly executive-level briefings, ensuring accuracy, completion, and proper formatting.

    WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

    • Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical certifications or training, or work experience.

    • Required Experience: 3+ years of related experience

    • Required Skills:

    • Interact and collaborate with customer division leaders on a daily basis

    • Anticipate upcoming work, prepare resources and complete certain tasks early

    • Coordinate responses to and management of executive data calls and taskings

    • Manage onboarding and out-processing activity for all personnel

    • Manage and update group content using tools such as Confluence, SharePoint and WordPress

    • Collect technical content for capture in recurring status reports and meeting minutes

    • Manage space requirements

    • Manage customer high level leadership Calendars

    • Administer check in-check out process

    • Manage access requests for developers/testers/IT PMs.

    • Manage project documents to include project/user/phone lists.

    • Provide solutions for organizing project documentation.

    • Initiate quarterly accessibility scoring updates.

    • Assist high level leadership with completing Front Office tasks/assist with tracking tasks.

    • Manage application user distribution lists.

    • Assist high level leadership with drafting technical responses in weekly reports.

    • Security Clearance Level : Top Secret/SCI with Polygraph

    The likely salary range for this position is $102,000 - $138,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
