As a Staff Account Your Responsibilities will include but are not limited to

• Ensuring the accuracy and compliance of financial documents with accounting standards

• Assisting in the preparation and review of financial documents

• Reconciling accounts as part of the accounting process

• Analyzing financial statements for accuracy and clarity

• Providing necessary documentation in response to audit requests

• Utilizing skills in Accounts Payable (AP), General Ledger, Journal Entries, and Month End Close

Requirements

The Ideal Staff Accountant will meet the following Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field is preferred.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a staff accountant role or a similar position

• Proficiency in Accounts Payable (AP) processing and management

• Deep understanding of the General Ledger and its functions

• Experience in recording, verifying, consolidating, and entering Journal Entries

• Capability to handle Month End Close activities efficiently

• Proficiency in using NetSuite for various accounting tasks

• Knowledge and experience in using Oracle for financial management

• Familiarity with QuickBooks for accounting and bookkeeping tasks

• Experience in using SAP for financial and accounting processes
