    As a Tryer Innovation manager, sr., you will help transform the business by setting the strategic vision and implementing the strategy for Tryer Center Operations. This dynamic role is responsible for the day-to-day operations and facilities of our 20,000 sq. ft state of the art innovation center, as well as our partner TLA program. You will drive decisions, build empathy for retail partners up, down and across cross-functional lines and lead with boundless hospitality and exceptional care.

    As a sr tryer innovation mgr , you will...

    • Transform the business - You will help set the strategic vision and implement the strategy for Tryer Cetner Operationsall through the lens of extraordinary hospitality and care

    • Lead the day-to-day operations and facilities of Tryer Center - You will be responsible to develop and implement new strategies that drive efficiencies and process improvements

    • Lead our Tryer partner TLA program - You will be responsible for managing the TLA program of 50+ partners, including annual and quarterly forecasting, and regularly providing strategic and financial recommendations to achieve or exceed plan

    • Manage others - You will set goals for the work team and actively providing partners with coaching, feedback and development opportunities and modeling leadership behavior for the larger team

    • Enjoy working on an energetic, fun team and have a clear ability to drive the business forward as part of a highly collaborative team, while acting in accordance with Starbucks guiding principles

    We'd love to hear from people with:

    • Bachelor's degree

    • 5+ years - Experience in complex large-scale business project management

    • 5+ years - Experience with multi-unit retail operations management

    • 5+ years - People leadership experience

    *If you are working in CA, CO, IL, LA, ME, MA, NE, ND or RI, you will accrue vacation up to a maximum of 120 hours (190 in CA) for roles below director and 200 hours (316 in CA) for roles at director or above. For roles in other states, you will be granted vacation time starting at 120 hours annually for roles below director and 200 hours annually for roles director and above.

    The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, and internal equity. At Starbucks, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at the high end of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate.

    **This role requires onsite work at the SSC (Starbucks Support Center) 4+ days per week
