What you will do:

• Partner with key stakeholders to understand business needs and talent profiles

• Experience negotiating complex job offers and relocation packages

• Support business initiatives in a high growth environment

What you will need to be successful

• 10+ years of recruiting experience working with complex business units and profiles

• Experience working with senior leadership to advise on talent strategy

• Enjoys a fast paced environment, we are growing and need this role to be flexible as our business adapts

• Experience hiring for construction or development profiles
