Sr Software Engineer

Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Sr Software Engineer to join one of the largest Auctioneering companies in North America. This person will be joining the Kafka team and be responsible for building, troubleshooting, and enhancing Spring Boot applications that use Kafka streams. They will also engage in activities like testing and continuous integartion of legacy systems. Finally they will be participate in project work moving between AWS instances through migration work and updating pipelines that are used in the AWS instances. This person will be well versed in data transformation for data integartions and work well independently and in a team.

Skills and Requirements

6+ year experience in backend development using Java Spring Boot.

Proficiency in developing with Kafka and administering Kafka environments.

trong experience with DevOps tools including CircleCI, Jenkins, Ansible, and Terraform.

Expertise in AWS cloud technology or other cloud platforms.

Ability to work independently as a senior developer. null
