Sr. Salesforce Engineer

Description

Our client is seeking a REMOTE (Eastern Standard Time) Sr. Salesforce Engineer. The successful candidate will be a part of a team responsible for the design, implementation, development, and support of a multi-instance Salesforce platform and connected internal business applications, including an Epicor ERP platform.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team to define and support a robust Salesforce environment using agile methodologies

• Collaborate closely with Product Owners to understand business processes, document requirements, and define solutions

• Develop, test, and maintain custom solutions for current and future Salesforce versions and capabilities using Azure Dev Ops

• Ensure data integrity for all Salesforce environments

• Support Salesforce integrations to other systems including ERP and 3D design tools

• Maintain technical documentation and source code control related to project design and implementation

• Respond quickly to resolve application issues

• Perform other duties as required to support a collaborative approach to managing IT systems and environments

• Use Salesforce Lightning Platform, Salesforce APIs, Salesforce Integration, Agile Development, Apex Visualforce, Azure DevOps skills.

Requirements

Experience

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in the construction industry as a development engineer

• Proficiency in Salesforce APIs, Salesforce Integration, and Salesforce Lightning Platform

• Experience with Agile Development practices

• Knowledge of Apex Visualforce and Azure DevOps

• Ability to work in a team and independently

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Proven track record of meeting project deadlines and budgets

• Familiarity with industry standard safety regulations and procedures

• Commitment to continuous professional development and learning.
