    As a Starbucks senior partner resources coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring consistent operations of PRO processes and effective communication that support elevating the partner experience for partners in our Finance organization. You will also act as a key member of the PRO business partner team by taking the lead on team rhythms and routines, project support and implementation of PRO priorities.

    To be successful in the role as senior partner resources coordinator, you will:

    • Elevate the organization through talent practices: Delights in the details of ensuring partner data, headcount and talent processes, organizational changes, and systems are managed to ensure accuracy, compliance, and a positive partner experience.

    • Support partner care through effective problem solving and communication: Resolves complex challenges and responds to questions with a partner focused mindset through the PRO inbox. Communicates effectively to the Finance organization to ensure partners are aware of PRO offerings, trainings and more.

    • Collaborates effectively: Partners closely with the partner resources director on routines, dashboards and deliverables to support the PRO business partner team, including scheduling team related activities and events.

    • Proactively plan & prioritize: Provides project support through implementation of PRO initiatives and priorities. Plans ahead with a lens towards continuous improvement of team routines and talent practices.

    We'd love to hear from people with:

    • 3+ years of project-related support or equivalent

    • 3+ years of general office administration

    • 3+ years of customer service experience

    • Experience using SAP or HR technology system preferred

    • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint

    • Strong detail orientation

    • Ability to appropriately manage highly sensitive or confidential information.

    *If you are working in CA, CO, IL, LA, ME, MA, NE, ND or RI, you will accrue vacation up to a maximum of 120 hours (190 in CA) for roles below director and 200 hours (316 in CA) for roles at director or above. For roles in other states, you will be granted vacation time starting at 120 hours annually for roles below director and 200 hours annually for roles director and above.

    The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, and internal equity. At Starbucks, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at the high end of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate.
