Sr. .NET Full Stack Engineer

Role Value Proposition

The Sr. Full Stack Software Engineer will be engaged with the entire technology stack, including front-end and back-end development. This role is responsible for the strategic design, development, and implementation of AI and .NET solutions. Proficiency in .NET Core, Azure engineering, and AI is essential for developing innovative systems that address business challenges. You will collaborate with the leadership team, product management team, and cross-functional stakeholders to influence business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, deploy new features, and address engineering challenges.

• Develop and maintain AI solutions including chatbot using C#, .NET Core, and Python.

• Participate in fit/gap analysis or requirements to provide tactical and strategic solutions.

• Design and implement scalable, secure, and efficient cloud solutions on Microsoft Azure.

• Integrate AI solutions into applications to enhance functionality and performance.

• Perform code review and provide constructive feedback to peers.

• Implement and manage secure software development with DevSecOps.

• Implement tools and processes for continuous monitoring, testing, and remediation of vulnerabilities.

• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve our products and processes.

Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills

Required

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.

• 5+ years of experience as a Full Stack Engineer or similar role.

• Strong proficiency in C# ~~~ Core.

• Proven experience with Microsoft Azure, including architecture, deployment, and management.

• Familiarity with AI technologies and services, machine learning concepts, frameworks, and tools.

• Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and at least one modern framework (e.g., React, Angular)

• Familiarity with databases (SQL).

• Experience with CI/CD tools and concepts (e.g., CI/CD pipelines, YAML, Azure DevOps).

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Strong communication and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Preferred

• Familiarity with Microsoft Bot Framework.

• Familiarity with Python programming.

• Familiarity with Kubernetes and Docker.

• Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and implementation.

• Familiarity with SAFe, Agile/Scrum methodologies.
