    TheSr. ManagerofGrowth Marketingwill partner with sales and marketing toforge a closer working relationship between one of SHI's strategic sellingunitsand theSHImarketing team.They will be accountable for deliveringnew business opportunities through orchestrated campaigns that improve customer experience, increase brandawareness,and drive measurablerevenueoutcomes.

    The primary success metrics for theSr. ManagerofGrowth Marketingwill be supportingthe expansion of customer share of wallet, including shifting strategic technology contracts through SHI and investing in new SHI portfolio ~~~ ideal candidate willhave a deep understanding ofB2B technology marketingandwillunderstand the capabilities of marketing channels to drive valuable leadsand opportunities.

    Responsibilities

    Include, but are not limited to:

    • Partnerwith sales and marketingspecialiststo definego-to-marketobjectivesand develop a marketing plan that will drive predictable pipeline

    • Inform channel investment strategy, partnering with internal digital, events,contentand campaign marketing teams to deliver an omnichannel campaign strategy

    • Accountable for ensuring all marketing plan tactics are executedwith direct responsibility over all messaging, email design, salescommunicationsand reporting

    • Responsible fordesigningand evaluating partnermarketingopportunities, ensuring all investments and commitments expected of sellers aligns to the go-to-market plan

    • Evaluate, select, and manage strategic marketing vendors that contribute to the outsourced execution of marketing programs, including telemarketing services,eventsand specialized media

    • Report on campaign performance and overall marketing impact regularly to internal stakeholders and partners

    • Capture insights and feedback, internally and externally, to inform future campaign strategy and messaging

    • Manage and adhere to a defined revenue marketing budget, including MDF partner funding management

    • Develop campaign briefs to inform and enable extended marketing and sales teams on GTM strategy

    Qualifications

    • 4+ years' experience in demand generation or sales support role

    • Prior experience marketing to public sector or healthcare organizations

    • Priorexperience executing modern marketing channels
