Job Title: Sr. Human Resources Manager

Job Description

Ensure the execution of talent management processes including workforce planning, recruiting & staffing, performance management, employee development, and succession planning in collaboration with relevant stakeholders. Responsible for Manufacturing organizational effectiveness (MOE) and organizational health. Optimize personnel performance and efficiency. Support the manufacturing plant by providing strategic HR counsel and driving the company's HR practices. Overview operations schedules and overtime needs by working closely with operations teams. Overview administrative HR responsibilities. Responsible for governmental annual report filing. Work closely with the Paymaster to ensure accurate employee payments and address escalating issues. Evaluate current HR practices and make recommendations for best-in-class solutions for contemporary HR issues. Drive a high level of employee engagement.

Hard Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant feild

• 7-10 years of Human resources expoerience

• CHRP

• HRIS

• Union management

• Working in a manufacturing environment

This is a permanent position.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Brampton, Ontario.

Work Environment

Onsite in Brampton. Manufacturing environment. Unionized workplace. 24/7 operation. 40 hours a week, 9am-5pm (flexibility to come in earlier and end earlier). Need to be aware of things coming up outside of core hours with this being a 24/7 operation.
