  • As a member of the HRIS Team, The Sr. HRIS Analyst is a critical technical and strategic adviser to the business and our internal clients. This important role is a resource for Workday HCM and Compensation, working with HR, Compensation and other functional teams to provide creative solutions, including reporting, and long-term vision for our use of Workday.

    In the Role

    • The successful candidate will be responsible for the ongoing administration, maintenance, and support of our Compensation function in Workday Human Resources Information System (HRIS)

    • This role will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that our compensation functions (compensation review processes, compensation plans and business processes) meet the needs of our business partners

    • Provide ongoing support for Workday compensation including configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting

    • Monitor and maintain compensation data integrity, security, and accuracy within Workday

    • Create and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and analytics

    • Act as a subject matter expert on HRIS and compensation related issues and provide support to end-users

    • Continuously monitor and evaluate HRIS functionality and recommend enhancements to improve system efficiency and effectiveness

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in information technology, Human Resources, or related field or equivalent

    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Workday HRIS administration

    • Strong understanding of HRIS functionality and data architecture

    • Experience with Workday HCM modules including Compensation and Recruiting

    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve complex problems and develop creative solutions

    • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

    • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks to meet project deadlines

    Preferred:

    • Workday HCM certification preferred

    Location: Irving, TX - Hybrid Schedule
