We are hiring for a Sr. Financial Reporting Manager!!
Oversee and manage the financial reporting and consolidation processes, ensuring accurate and timely completion of monthly financial reporting and consolidation.
Coordinating and supporting the year-end financial external audits and the preparation of financial statements in according with U.S. GAAP.
Preparation of quarterly and annual debt compliance reporting packages and communication of results with senior leaders.
Develop team members by managing performance, setting goals, providing ongoing training, and maintaining strong employee relationships

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
-5+ years of experience with preparing and compiling financial statements from scratch
-2+ years of leadership (will have a team of 2)
-Looking for someone that has a public accounting background
-CPA is high on the 'nice to have' list
-Critical thinking / problem solving
-Bachelors in Accounting or Finance
-Proficient in Excel: V-Lookups / Pivot Tables
