  • Description Robert Half is seeking a Financial Operations Analyst for a consulting opportunity with a growing manufacturing organization. This individual will focus on operational performance, cost reduction initiatives, footprint optimization, and asset management. This is a hybrid opportunity, requiring 3 days a week on site.

    Key Responsibilities

    Partner with Plant Manager and provide financial guidance to business leadership

    Consolidate and analyze monthly operational results

    Coordinate and consolidate monthly financial forecast and annual plans, with a specific focus on factory performance and spend

    Direct labor productivity reporting and analysis

    Align productivity and capacity planning with operations team

    Prepare and manage the Excess & Obsolete Inventory financial reserve

    Provide ad-hoc analysis on various projects as needed

    Contribute to accounting and controllership as needed (inventory / controls / etc.)

    Lead preparation of forecasts and financial modeling to develop recommendations for management

    Support operations finance activities, such as programs, pricing, sales, and supply chain

    Requirements

    Strong understanding of budgets and forecasting

    Experience in financial modeling and reporting

    Familiarity with operations finance activities

    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

    Preferred Qualifications

    Experience with P& L, balance sheet, cash flows and statistical analysis

    Experience in a manufacturing environment

    • Proficiency in business systems is required.

    • Must be well-versed with Confluence.

    • Experience with CRM is essential.

    • Knowledge of Crystal Reports is highly desirable.

    • Familiarity with Data Mining Techniques is necessary.

    • Must have a strong understanding of accounting functions.

    • Experience in auditing is a must.

    • Familiarity with budget processes is required.

    • Experience in capital management is necessary.
