What You Can Expect

The Sr. Finance Business Partner for Home Based & Community Services serves as the financial point of contact and strategic business partner to the business units of Home Health & Hospice, Inpatient Rehab, and Hospital at Home for the health system. In alignment with system financial strategies and tactics, this role leads stewardship efforts to meet financial goals and metrics.

The successful candidate will have experience in and anunderstanding of the revenue cycle function for post acute care services such as home care or hospice.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or experience in lieu of degree

• 7 years relevant experience
