IT@JH Enterprise Business Solutions (EBS) is seeking a Sr. ERP Business Analyst for Personnel Administration and Organizational Management who is responsible for configuration of the SAP module to include, Analysis, Configuration, Implementation, Support and Maintenance.
Specific Duties & Responsibilities
Works closely with HR Shared Services and HR business owners throughout the enterprise to deliver HR related technologies.
Completes production unplanned support items. The team works in an agile hybrid scrum environment. Analysts attend scrum meetings to update the internal team on project status. Analysts are responsible for assisting in planning and estimating of their project work and logging their time to the respective projects.

Communication liaison between HR business leaders and developers.
Ability to clearly write functional design specifications.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, MIS, Business Administration, or relevant functional area.
Five years experience.
Experience configuring in SAP Personnel Administration and Organizational Management modules.
Experience in leading projects, leading meetings with business representatives to discuss requirements, consult on system best practices, manage project expectations, and deliver quality functionality.

Starting Salary Range: $43.43 - $76.05 HRLY (Commensurate with experience)
