Sr. Director of Program Delivery

Description

Successful services company, located outside of the Greater Philadelphia area is looking to staff a Senior Director of Program Delivery. As the Senior Director of Program Delivery is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing program delivery strategies and operations to achieve the company's goals and objectives. This role involves leading the program delivery team within a specific geographic area, focusing on safety, quality, cost-effectiveness, and the timely delivery of products and services.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and guide the delivery of all new and ongoing programs within a specific geographic region of the company.

• Ensure accountability for achieving budget targets, program objectives, deliverables, and contractual obligations in the designated area.

• Lead the program delivery management team, fostering an environment of openness, collaboration, and honesty, which empowers the team to build positive relationships and communicate effectively.

• Cultivate robust relationships with utility companies, implementation partners, and subcontractors, ensuring successful cooperation and coordination with clients, partners, and program managers to effectively manage programs in alignment with company initiatives and contractual commitments.

• Review financial statements, sales and activity reports and other performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement and to determine areas of improvement.

Requirements

The ideal Sr. Director of Program Delivery will have a Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance. MBA or relevant Master's Degree preferred.

Other requirements for the Sr. Director of Program Delivery role include and are not limited to:

• 10+ years operations management experience.

• Energy industry experience preferred

• Great Plains experience

• Advanced Microsoft Excel

• Excellent organizational and communication skills

• Demonstrated track record of building and leading high performing teams with strong results orientation.

• Strong financial and business acumen including budgeting and forecasting.

• Ability to work and thrive in a highly collaborative fast paced work environment
