    Advanced Development Programs (ADP) Line of Business is seeking a Finance and Business Operations (F&BO) Senior Manager. The ADP line of business, The Skunk Works, has developed some of the most iconic aircraft in history such as the U-2, SR-71, and F-117. This Senior Manager will oversee financial strategy development and execution of a diverse portfolio of programs that include Joint All Domain Operations, Mobility Improvements and Derivatives, Advance Programs, Special Projects, and Skunk Works Integration.

    As the F&BO Senior Manager, you will lead a time of high performing individuals how play a key role who drive a range of activities from financial forecasting, program performance, business strategy development for capture, earned value execution, contract closeout, and a range of other finance and business operations functions. This role will report to the Director of Finance & Business Operations Tech Maturation Portfolio, and will provide leadership for the portfolios mentioned above as well as interacting with leadership of the Program Finance, Planning and Scheduling, and Financial Planning and Analysis Teams in addition to interacting with peers in leadership positions over other portfolios.

    Key responsibilities include

    • Providing leadership to the finance team and serving as a financial counselor program portfolio leads and program managers, coordinating with functional teams and the F&BO organization across ADP, the Palmdale, Marietta, and Fort Worth sites, and Aeronautics and LM Corporate enterprises.

    • Conduct business reviews with senior ADP F&BO leadership

    • Supporting and managing Overhead and Capital, affordability metrics, Business Base, and Financial Exposure Authorizations (FEA) management

    • Directly supporting CSR (Contract Status Reviews) development working with the AMMM business managers

    • Coordinating with FP&A and BMs how execution across the portfolio is impacting the financials, supporting analysis for CSRs, booking rates, risk retirement profiles, and auditor reviews.

    This position will interact with executive leaders at multiple levels of leadership within ADP, Aeronautics, and the LM Corporate structures. Therefore, executive presence, written communication skills, and verbal communication skills are of critical importance.

    In addition to having a broad business background and strong financial acumen, the position requires a people oriented leader that can attract, engage, motivate, and develop F&BO talent within the organization. The ideal candidate should demonstrate Full Spectrum Leadership behaviors and perform to the highest ethical standards. The F&BO team is a critical support function and is integrated into every part of the business. This leader will be instrumental in shaping the culture of the team and should be passionate about talent management.

    Basic Qualifications:

    • Experience with Earned Value (EV) application and implementation on new contracts

    • Experience in creating and managing Budget Targets

    • Experience with US Government reporting requirements (i.e. Cost Performance Reports (CPR), Integrated Program Management Report (IPMR), Contract Fund Status Reports (CFSR), etc.)

    • Experience with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) / Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation (DFAR)

    • Bachelor's degree or higher with 10 years or more of professional experience.

    Desired Skills:

    • Experience in Return on Sales Assessment/Orders/Sales/Earnings/Cash assessment

    • Experience with LM Aeronautics business systems including Systems, Applications, Products (SAP), Deltek COBRA, Deltek Open Plan, Accounting Data Analysis and Reporting (ADAR), Hyperion and others

    • Demonstrated Financial and Analytical skills.

    • Experience teaching and mentoring peers.

    • Must possess and execute strong organizational skills, attention to detail, accuracy, and quality of work.

    • Diligent and Proactive approach to problem solving.

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and exhibit a proactive, problem solving, cost conscious and company-focused mindset.

    • Experience interacting with company VP's, Directors, Managers, cross-functional peers, coworkers, and entire company personnel as a lead financial POC while working in a "team" environment.

    • Employee must be able to effectively handle and execute multi-task in addition to working special project assignments simultaneously.

    • Ability to work across organizational boundaries to ensure that program and company goals are achieved.

    • Experience with Special Access Program Financial Management and Reporting

    Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.

    Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

    Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week

    Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Washington or Washington DC is $127,700 - $244,600. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer. Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays. (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year. This position is incentive plan eligible.

    Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California and New York is $146,800 - $276,600. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
