We are seeking an experienced Senior Consultant with expertise in Digital Transformation and Business Architecture to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in consulting, with a proven track record in leading complex digital transformation initiatives, enabled by business architecture, and delivering innovative, strategic solutions to drive business outcomes. In this role, you will collaborate with executive stakeholders, analyze organizational challenges, and design and implement strategies that align with business objectives and foster sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Advisory & Transformation Planning
Collaborate with executive leadership to define digital transformation goals and craft a strategic roadmap for achieving business objectives.
Assess current business and IT landscapes, identify gaps, and recommend innovative solutions that integrate digital capabilities and enable business agility.
Guide clients in developing a phased approach to transformation, with measurable milestones, KPIs, and a clear understanding of potential risks and dependencies.
Business Architecture & Solution Design
Lead the development of target operating models, process re-engineering, and technology frameworks that support the digital transformation strategy.
Develop Capability Reference models and represent operating models using value streams and capabilities.
Architect comprehensive business solutions, ensuring alignment between business needs and technology infrastructure, while optimizing for scalability and performance.
Facilitate design-thinking sessions and workshops with stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective solutions and architectures.
Change Management & Stakeholder Engagement
Develop change management strategies to support transformation initiatives, fostering a culture of innovation and adaptability across client organizations.
Act as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders, communicating project progress, addressing concerns, and ensuring alignment on objectives and deliverables.
Engage with cross-functional teams to identify and address organizational impacts, ensuring a smooth transition to new processes and technologies.
Performance Measurement & Continuous Improvement
Define and implement metrics for measuring the success of digital transformation initiatives, and use data to make informed recommendations for optimization.
Conduct regular assessments of transformation outcomes and provide insights on best practices, improvements, and lessons learned.
Ensure continuous alignment with industry trends and technological advancements to advise on future transformation opportunities.
Client Relationship Management & Business Development
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, demonstrating value and securing trust through reliable expertise and results.
Identify and pursue opportunities for expanding engagements, contributing to business development through insights and strategic recommendations.
Develop thought leadership content and represent the organization at industry events, enhancing the company's profile as a digital transformation leader.
Qualifications:
Experience:
Minimum of 10 years in management consulting, with at least 5 years specializing in digital transformation, business architecture, or related fields.
Proven experience managing large-scale transformation initiatives across multiple industries, such as manufacturing, finance, utilities and energy, healthcare, retail, or technology.
Technical Skills:
Deep understanding of digital transformation frameworks, emerging technologies (e.g., cloud, AI, automation), and their applications in achieving business goals.
Strong knowledge of business architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Business Architecture Guild) and familiarity with design thinking, Lean, and Agile methodologies.
Proficiency in data analytics, process optimization, and using relevant software/tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, digital transformation platforms).
Soft Skills:
Excellent problem-solving abilities and a consultative approach to developing actionable, sustainable solutions.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively with executive-level stakeholders.
Demonstrated leadership in managing project teams, mentoring junior consultants, and fostering a collaborative team culture.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree (MBA or equivalent) or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, TOGAF, Six Sigma) is preferred.
